Technical supports for traditional fishing and agricultural modernization will build long-term partnerships with the local community and business. The concept "Made in Myanmar" will be strongly promoted.

 

Throughout the 50 years’ concession period, with all the conditions proposed in the RFP and bidding documents were satisfied, the Deep Sea Port and the Industrial Park will bring approximately $10 billion in annual GDP growth for Myanmar, and will generate about $15 billion accumulative tax income for Myanmar government. Once the Industrial Park in full operation, the annual turnover will reach $3.2 billion, and per capita GDP within the IP area is expected to increase to $32,000 per year.
