Ma Chuanfu, Deputy Managing Director of CITIC Group (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. Mr Ma majored in scientific English, with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He has held the posts of project manager of Wuzhou Engineering Design and Research Institute, office director of CITIC Guo'an Information Industry Co., Ltd., Secretary of the General Office of CITIC Group, Vice Chief Economist and Assistant President of CITIC International Contracting Inc, Vice President of CITIC Construction.

Yu Jinshu

He has held the post of engineer of China Building Materials Academy, Project manager and senior project manager of CITIC International Cooperation Co., Ltd, Assistant President of Middle East Division of CITIC Construction.

Shan Liming

He has held the post of Senior Manager of Department of Human Resources Division of Compensation Management, Professional Manager of Department of Human Resources Division of Renumeration Management of CITIC Group.
